Well, one... I can't believe how little time I have to even breathe lately. Here it is, fresh from the camera: This little guy is sweeeeet. He's curled up on my lap as I type this. I'll try to post more... say more... etc, when I can do more than work take care of my kid and take care of puppies and sleep and be frazzled. --T

Thanks! It's getting crazy now. The puppies just turned 7 weeks old, and they're on puppy food (off mom, that is), and they're sh!tting faster than I can clean it up. They use a litterbox, which is a lifesaver, but jeeeez I go to clean it up and I think they take it as a signal to make more immediately.
But they're still cute. It's just a pain with 5 of them (sold the first one yesterday).

I can't even imagine. At least they're not pooping all over your house, lol. Are you going to sell them all, or keep one? If I lived in Phx. still I'd probably buy one, they are just too cute. We want to get a puppy for Kaitlyn when we get a house, but we're thinking about starting small and working up to it. Like with goldfish and hamsters and all that.

I got attached to one of them (the one in the photo, actually). When I'm showing people the puppies, and letting them run around on the floor, this one always runs to me and wants a hug. It melts my heart.
So, I have three left, but I'm telling people who call that I only have two..... I can't keep any, but I'm having a rough time letting this one go.
Yeah, dogs are a lot of work, and I hear that pugs are difficult to housebreak. I have my house set up so that my dogs are confined to an area with a doggie door, and can go outside as they need to, so I don't often have to deal with the housebreaking problem. I've trained the puppies to the littlerbox, which is waaaaay better than just newspaper or puppy pads, but it's still crazy with a lot of them. It's getting easier now that there are less of them to clean up after (and they all mob me when I try to do anything in their pen--it's adorable and frustrating at the same time).
On the other hand, pugs are just about the most even-tempered, patient, sweet, friendly dogs there are, at least in my experience. Of course, my mother raises terriers (nasty little things), and my sister has a Rottweiler (which has a scary temperament too), so my experience might be a little warped. ;D

Me too. I have sold them all, but I am holding one for 2 weeks. I hate doing that, because I get attached and all, but I at least get to play Santa's helper: the puppy is a present for a 7 year old. (Don't worry, the parents seem responsible, they sound like they have a good idea of what it takes to raise a dog.
