Maybe once a week.

Right now I'd have to say BJ's Brewery, they have awesome food. It changes, though, depending on my mood.

Have you ever waited tables? What was your worst job?
I waited tables one time at a restaraunt called Coco's and it's the only job I've ever been fired from. I was in the group at the time and didn't really like having to kiss people's asses all the time, and I'd get really annoyed with the customers and I never learned the menu or anything. It was bad news. I hated it.
Are you a good tipper?
Yep, unless I get bad service.

I use to love it until I looked at the calorie content of one burrito and decided it so is not worth it

yes, I loved it though. I was hooked on H at the time and had a quite expensive daily habit therefore making cash daily was good. also since i was bombed out of my mom on heroin I could just easily deal with customers etc. Once I stopped shooting dope I fucking hated it and wanted to kill every mother fucker who sat in my section.
my worst job was a telemarketing place when I was in the group. it was so shady and ghetto. i only worked there for like 2 days.
Are you a good tipper?
I tip well but demand good service.

Zero. We go out maybe once a month for family birthdays and other other celebrations that require my presence at Olive Garden.
What is your favorite sit down restaurant?
It's called El Charro(one of the many out here called that). But this one is a residential neighborhood in downtown Tucson.
Hot or not: Chipotle
I'm so sick of hearing about chipotle mayo! Or a smoky chipotle sauce! Chipotle is like the boy band of sauces.

Yes and I liked it. I was young, got to know new people, always had cash on hand, etc. Worst job was the last place I worked as a Unit Coordinator at an acute care center. Boss=bitch.
Are you a good tipper?
20% for standard service, and less for sub standard by degrees. I also tend to let them know why I was tipping them lower(if they were rude, inattentive with service, etc). I've been known to go waaay over 20% for remarkable service though.

Hot or not: Chipotle
It's ok. I used to love the Barbacoa, but then I got sick on it. So I can't bring myself to go there any more. Plus their sour cream is a little weird... it seems more like yogurt than sour cream to me. Just adds to the ewww factor in my mind.

I never waited tables, but I did deliver pizza, and it is similar, believe it or not. If there is any kind of problem you just have to go farther out of your way to fix it.
Worst job: Burger King. Never ever ever ever again will I work any kind of food service, thank you god.
Are you a good tipper?
Yes, I try to be. Unless the service is crappy. And I try to not make servers crazy.

How many times a week do you eat at restaurants? About 4 or 5. What is your favorite sit down restaurant? If forced, I would say the Guelaguetza in LA. Best mole north of the border. Hot or not: Chipotle I'm with whoever said it's so overdone. Boy band or something? Jack in the Box even has chipotle something or another. I LOVE chile and I have stopped ordering it. I should have been fired but wasn't. I laughed at one overly demanding and priveleged henpecker (bitch) that got ketchup sprayed all over her shirt cuz it had been resealed and was too hot. Bad move- but I couldn't help myself. Are you a good tipper? I am a good tipper but not a great tipper- these are the people that gave me $20 or $5 and a lotto ticket on an okay meal just because I was nice. I give 20% standard. I have been given a penny or nothing by people who were pissed that the grapefruit wasn't juicy or whatever. Ok, I was confused about the Chipotle questoin...I thought we were talking about Chipotle the burrito joint...I LOVE that place....just Chipotle sauce or whatever, I don't really have a feeling about it one way or the other. Isn't it just a roasted Jalapeno anyway?

Isn't it just a roasted Jalapeno anyway? Sorry Kata, I didn't even think of it until you said what you said. I don't know enought about the chain Chipotle- only been to it once in another state! Yes- chiptotle is roasted jalapeno and it gives it a barbque flavor. It's good but not deserving of mayo and all the crap that everyone mixes it with IMO of course... |

How many times a week do you eat at restaurants? At least 5, sometimes more. I've figured out for what I eat it is oddly cheaper to buy lunch than bring it from home.

Burrito Joint - HOT HOT HOT
Fire Roasted Jalapenio - I love them! I understand the whole boy band annoyance but I also think it was about time the chipotle had its time in the sun. My mother used to grill japs when I was a kid and we just called it a "bbq jap". When it first started to become the flavor of the month I was really stoked. My fav is a chipotle raspberry jelly that I found at a specialty grocery, I dump it on a block of cream cheese and attack it with wheat thins

I did 12 years in the food industry. I hated dealing with food but loved dealing with drunks.
