1. Corona or Margarita?
Humm... I love both. But I have a 1.5 liter thingy of Margarita in the fridge. I'll finish that.
2. Have you ever been to Mexico, if so, where and would you go back?
Yes. Jarez. Icky ghetto town just across from El Paso. When I was like 10 my parents decided to take us on the roadtrip from hell, with the family dog. All us packed into that banana yellow (before yellow cars were cool) Ford LTD.
We drove to OK to see where my Dad grew up. Then on to El Paso to see where my sister was born. I was scared and it smelled.
We went to shop at Jarez one day. I bought a pinata from a very nice old man who assured me there was mexican candy inside. I carried that damn pinata on my lap all the way home. And we didn't go straight home.
Oh no! We stopped in Santa Fe. But my Dad being a clone of Clark Griswold didn't call ahead for reservations. We ran smack dab into the Annual Native American Art Festival. No hotel rooms in Santa Fe. And my sister got her first period and turned into mega bitch. We deciced to go home early. And I carried that damn pinata on my lap the whole way.
A month later was my birthday. We had the pinata at the party. No one could break it. Finally my Dad took an axe to it. It was solid. No cavity for candy. No candy. I decieded I hated Mexico.
But I went back.
I was a sophmore. Not yet in the cult. Went to Jarez (yes, the same shitty town) to do a work camp. One day we went shopping. I saw this cool Corona shirt pullover thing. But being the snotty bitch I was raised to be wanted to try it on to be sure it fit. Ummm yeah. I was soooo naive. My youth minister stopped me as I was about to go into the dirty old man's booth to disrobe. The old man seemed disappointed.
In 1998 I moved to El Paso (ex-hubby was stationed there). We did not go to yucky icky Jarez.
3. Mariachi music: hot or not?
not.
4. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?
A day designated to eat nachos and drink tequila?! Hells yeah I celebrate!
5. Burrito or Quesedilla?
Kay-so-dilla, baby

1. Corona or Margarita?
Margaritas give me heartburn. Corona tastes like pee.
2. Have you ever been to Mexico, if so, where and would you go back?
I go to Rocky Point, i have been going at least once usually twice a year since leaving the cult. I love it. I go with a bunch of friends and we rent a house on the beach. In my younger more youthful days we would go to all the bars and dance to cheesy 10 year old music (think Pathway dance) and do limitless shots of tequila. Now though we go to the same houses but instead of swiming and sleeping in the sun all day and partying all night, we just sit on the covered patio from the time we wake up pretty much until the time we pass out eating gucamoli salso and chips watching the ocean and drinking beer. We will venture into town every once in a while for more tecate or groceries, but we are just pretty much chill, except for on fireworks night. We all pitch in about 20 bucks and blow shit up and set off fire works, I mean what is better then a group of people in thier mid twenties-early thirties being drunk running around blowing stuff up?
Mexico- the only place it is socially exceptable to drink beer with your cereal...
3. Mariachi music: hot or not?
not- actually I have paid them to stay away form me.
4. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?
Yes, I mean how can you not and live in arizona?
5. Burrito or Quesedilla?
Oh I make a wicked veg bean burrito with habenero....

It's time once again for Wednesday's Silly SurveyTMIn honor of Cinco de Mayo, today's survey will have a mexican flare! (I know I'm a day early, but what are you gonna do??)1. Corona or Margarita?Margarita, no question. I don't care for Corona much. If I was gonna pick a mexican beer, I'd pick Pacifico. 2. Have you ever been to Mexico, if so, where and would you go back?I have been to Rocky Point one time. It was post-cult but pre-drinking, so it was kind of a weird trip. I did have fun. But, I'd like to go back and actually do a little bit of partying this time. 3. Mariachi music: hot or not?Hot. Not hot enough where I would go buy a CD or anything, but still hot. 4. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?Oh sure, any excuse to get out and have some cheap drinks. 5. Burrito or Quesedilla?Burrito for me. Although, if you think about it, there's not much difference between a burrito and a quesidilla anyway, you can pretty much have the same ingredients in both, they're just different shapes.

1. Corona or Margarita?
Margarita mmmmm I think I'll have one now
2. Have you ever been to Mexico, if so, where and would you go back?
I've been to the border, was in the group on our search for the missing ocean expedition. We were all underage, just stopped and looked.
3. Mariachi music: hot or not?
hot...any music=dancing girls and thats always hot
4. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?
When is it? just kidding..I don't really like celebrating any holidays
5. Burrito or Quesedilla? quesedilla with chicken * and there is definitely a difference between burritos and quesidillas. Burritos have beans and meat and all that stuff in them. Quesedillas are just cheese..except mine with chicken..I guess that would make it a burrito then huh..but but..but its folded differently, so yah!~

1. Corona or Margarita?
Margaritas rock cause they have tequila in them and she is my muse. Corona sucks, it's all about Dos Equis Amber with three lime wedges.
2. Have you ever been to Mexico, if so, where and would you go back?
I have been to Nogales probably four times. I would go back. I like to go and take black and whites of the locals and their shops. This one dude was gonna charge me five dollars to take a picture of him and his donkey and I said "no way Jose", and went around the corner and took a covert pic of him and his ass. But he saw the flash and chased after me with his whip. Good times had by all!
3. Mariachi music: hot or not?
Hot if I'm drunk on Tecate and tequila, not when I'm hungover the next day.
4. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?
I'm with Hatter. If it weren't for my kids, I'd do like the Jehovahs Witness' do and not celebrate any holiday. Overrated and mass commercialized consumerism bullshit.
5. Burrito or Quesedilla? I am all about a black bean and chicken burrito, but I prefer chimichangas. It's a fuckin' deep fried burrito! You can't get any yummier than that.

1. Corona or Margarita?
Margaritas give me heartburn, too. I do like tequila straight, though. Corona's are fine; whatever's in the 'fridge.
2. Have you ever been to Mexico, if so, where and would you go back?
yeah, Tijuana and Rocky Point. When I go back, I'd rather go farther (much farther) south into the country.
3. Mariachi music: hot or not?
not into the mix of polka and trumpets.
4. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?
To quote: "Overrated and mass commercialized consumerism bullshit."
Yeah, pretty much for most Americans. It's a drinking holiday, it's cool if that's your thing.
5. Burrito or Quesedilla? Usually I'd say burrito, but I've been on a eat as little as possible kick lately, so simpler the better....plain cheese and tortilla, please.

3. Mariachi music: hot or not? No.....I can't handle it.....
4. Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo? I've never gotten the chance to. Always working.
5. Burrito or Quesedilla? Burrito..or ooo chimichanga! Yes a chicken chimi from Macayo's mmmmm

It's time once again for Wednesday's Silly SurveyTMIn honor of Cinco de Mayo, today's survey will have a mexican flare! (I know I'm a day early, but what are you gonna do??) Never had a margarita, so I guess I'd have to go with that, just to try it. I have been as far as Mexico City. I've been to Nogales a few times. Yes, I definitely want to go back. I want to see the ruins especially. Hot in those movies where Antonio Banderas is playing it. Yeaaah. Otherwise, NOT. Not too long ago I was in a Mexican Restaurant and they had live Mariachi music, and they were standing RIGHT next to our table! One of them was playing a violin. I hate being in the same room as a violin player, it's unbelievably loud and screechy and PAINFUL! (Sorry to any violin players out there.) Sigh. Nope. That is a tough one. Ummmm, ok: Burrito. --T
