I know Sonia, and thank you. I was addressing everybody who I saw had been on that day or who had responded on that particular thread and had not a damn thing to say, not the board as a whole. It kinda sucks that I'm not gonna see your post, but I appreciate it nevertheless. I can be very stubborn and when hurt, even more so. It just kinda sucks that me not hanging around any more was decided like this. Oops, there I go being histrionic again.  And thank you for finding the words to help me descibe my feelings about that picture. Delightfully disturbing, indeed. I think I completely missed the prom. What the hell happened? I'm sorry I didn't check the other place today, just this one. But you know I'd go to bat for you too. GRRR Hope everything's ok, but it sounds like it's not. I'm working on a response to the whole locked thread thing, but what pisses me off is how careful I feel I have to be, and I'll still likely get torn apart. It's fine that people can speak their opinions about it, but when they turn it into group-style abuse and twisting of the arguments and facts, well, that just does NOT fly with me, and I refuse to just sit down when someone tries to shut me up about it. WD, I'm glad you aren't willing to sit down and let people talk to you that way either. It just lets it go on if we all only try to "play nice". --T |
