So, I was fallin asleep by tv last night. They replay Oprah at 11pm here. She had some doctor named Dr. Oz talking about health stuff. He helped operate on former Prez Clinton, so I guess he's a big-wig in the doctor world.
They started off talking about colons. Apparently, the shape and density of your poo tells a lot about your health. Who knew? Poo. It is supposed to be long and s-shaped when it hits the water. Supposed to sound like a cliff diver he said. One long 'shhhhhhhh.' You don't want plop, plops. And you don't want hard marbles either.
He also said everyone looks at their poo. Oprah does. Do you?

I have a friend that says it's supposed to float...she used to update me everyday on the float, or not float status...
Actually she still does...where do I fing these friends?

Floating indicates high levels of gas. I think it is supposed to almost float. Not sink to the bottom, just kinda hang out inbetween. Who knew? Oprah made me an expert on poo. |

If your poo explodes on someone's face when you throw it at them, that is a good sign of a balanced diet.
If it just bounces off their face and falls on the floor, you are eating way too much fiber.
Just thought I'd let you know.

EWWW! I just thought I'd share that as I was reading this my puppy farted and it stunk reaaallly baad. So kind of fitting - reading about icky poo while unwantingly smelling icky dog fart.
